FMEA Made Easy™ 2 Day Workshop
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is an internationally recognized technique used to identify and assess potential risks in designs and processes, so that actions can be taken, where appropriate, to ensure that nonconforming products or services are not created or provided to the customer. Use FMEA’s to help meet the “Preventative Action” requirement of an ISO 9001 based quality management system. This workshop is designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of the FMEA tool using both design and process models. At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to complete failure mode and effects analysis on both designs and processes, whether they are new or already in use. Use this workshop to actually conduct FMEA’s on your organization’s designs and processes – the waste avoidance itself will more than cover the cost of the training. Learning materials will be used in conjunction with practical activities and examples. Includes a Certificate of Achievement for each participant. Activities include:
- Introduction to Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
