ISO 9001 Orientation (1/2 Day)
This workshop is designed to be used for a variety of reasons with different customizations. It can be used to help leadership reach consensus regarding the implementation of a management system based on ISO 9001 and would add discussion about potential costs, implementation strategies and time-frames. It could also be used as a kick-off orientation event for employees showing the organization’s intention to implement an ISO 9001 based quality management system and may add information about your organization’s guiding policies, management commitment and implementation plan.
