SPC Made Easy™ 3 Day Workshop
Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to track process capability and alert the operator as to when the process is likely to produce defective product. Use this technique to reduce waste and unplanned maintenance. This workshop is designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of SPC and its different components. At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to complete process capability studies and track the process’s capability through use of statistical control charts. They will also be able to brainstorm potential causes for loss of process capability through interpretation of control chart trends and cycles. An extra added advantage will be the use of Pareto Analysis to quickly identify opportunities for waste reduction that might ordinarily be hidden from view. Use this workshop to setup a simple and effective SPC program within your organization. Learning materials will be used in conjunction with practical activities and examples. Includes a Certificate of Achievement for each participant. Activities include:
